We assist clients with strategic planning and programme development and are experienced in drafting strategies and plans. We facilitate SWOT and PESTLE workshops and design and facilitate interviews, focus groups and public consultations as required.

Louth County Council

We were involved in drafting the Louth Library Service Development Plan for 2020-2025. To assist in identifying the needs of the community and to allow people have their say in relation to library services, consultation among the public, community organisations, businesses, schools and colleges was conducted using surveys, focus groups and feedback sessions at library events.

Fingal County Council

We have supported development of the following strategies and plans for Fingal. Our role included planning and implementing consultation as required, drafting strategy documents, co-ordinating and integrating contributions from various stakeholders.

Calmast

The Centre for the Advancement of Learning in Maths, Science and Technology (Calmast) is the Waterford Institute of Technology, STEM Outreach Centre, which was established in 2003. The centre leverages the resources at Waterford Institute of Technology to develop and deliver STEM public engagement and education programmes through partnerships across the STEM, education, industry, local authority and voluntary sectors in the region and beyond. During 2016-17 we assisted Calmast in a process of stakeholder consultation and development of a strategy for the organisation for the next five years.
