·       Over the years we have been involved in supporting various aspects of the SEAI schools programme. We conceptualised, developed and piloted a range of resources including the popular 'Guzzler' character and the associated large format story book, the Energy File, ‘Hey Everything’s Working!’ and Energy in our Lives. More recently we have taken part in workshops with SEAI to input to developing an education strategy and to a short course on sustainability for Junior Cycle Science.

We were involved in developing the One Good Idea project, which encourages primary and post primary students to run energy and climate change awareness campaigns. Our role has involved coming up with the original project concept in collaboration with Real Nation, input to website content and project resources and design and implementation of the adjudication process.

Fingal Community Maker Programme

We assisted Fingal Libraries with planning and facilitation of consultation with a range of stakeholders and the community to inform development of a Community Maker Programme for Fingal.

The Energy in Education Programme

The Energy in Education Programme is a partnership between SEAI and the Department of Education and Skills to assist schools in implementing structured energy management systems. Since 2010 we have managed stakeholder engagement, developed, pilot tested, and co-ordinated national roll-out of a range of energy management supports. The programme provides schools with guides, a website, training workshops and an Energy Advice, Mentoring and Assessment service. Since 2012 over 800 schools have availed of these supports.
